So it’s been pretty quiet around here this week – I was completely burnt out after my 31 day challenge so I took a few days away from my blog and painting my nails to recuperate. I took the time to reswatch my entire collection onto new swatch sticks, purge over 100 polishes and reorganise my blogging area. I’m just finishing off one last project and then I will take some photos to share with you all. Good news is I’m going out tomorrow so I forced myself to paint my nails this evening.
While I was flicking through my stamping plates the other day I spotted this tribal design that I had never been brave enough to try before because of the vertical line down the middle of it which would inevitably end up curved using my usual stamper..in comes my new XL super squishy stamper that I can line my nail up with and mash it in (I swear I will write a post with more details soon, let me ease back into blogging first!)
I used Contrary Polish Better Together for my base colour and then I stamped over it using Sally Hansen Mint Sprint from the Insta Dri range – I’m not sure this polish is available here in Australia, I bought it in Canada last year and have only just used it, poor neglected polish :( The design came from Cheeky XL plate C.
