More gorgeous Candeo Colors polishes for you all to drool over today. I’ve had a glitter free week with my nails and I’m so ready to get glitter back on them now. It was nice to have a change but I need some sparkle!
I have three Candeo glitters to show you all – Smores and Fully Loaded from the Winter Collection and Prénses Ros from the Aruba collection.
First is Fully Loaded which I layered over Anochi Kai. Fully Loaded has a mix of white, black, gunmetal and holo silver glitters in a variety of hex sizes and medium squares There is also a super fine silver holo glitter in the base, however I found that while this added depth to the polish, the holo sparkle was very subtle. To me this polish is perfect because you can layer it over anything because of it’s monochromatic nature. There is lots going on in the polish mix but it’s not overwhelming. Oh did I mention I love the small white hexes! I think they’re my favourite glitter in here.
Next is Smores which I was a bit dubious about looking at the bottle, I was completely wrong! Shown here over Divi Divi, this polish is like a brown sibling to Fully Loaded. Once again we have black and white glitters but this time they’ve been mixed in with gold holo and brown glitter instead. The gold holo brings this polish to life and warms it up to give it depth and sparkle. Now if only we could buy Graham Crackers here in Australia :( While I know the concept of what Smores are, I’ve sadly never had one.
Finally Prénses Ros. A complete departure from the previous two polishes, this delicate pale pink jelly is loaded with small silver holo hexes. There is also a smattering of micro holo glitter but I don’t find it to be particularly noticeable. The simplicity is exactly what makes me love this polish, it looks really elegant on the nail and could easily be layered over another polish or worn alone. This is 3 coats which still has considerable VNL but starts to give that sandwiched effect to the glitter. This would be perfect for someone who is looking for a polish that is slightly more reserved but still sparkly at the same time!
All of these polishes are currently available through Candeo Colors and Llarowe. Surprisingly Prénses Ros would be my pick from the three just for it being so refreshingly different from anything else I’ve really seen.
The products in this post were provided to me for consideration but this in no way influenced my review. For my full disclosure policy, please click here.

Prénses Ros is my favorite, but that’s no surprise!
And too bad that you’ve never gotten to try a S’more! I personally prefer a S’less, though, which is where I just put toasted mallow between the two crackers. I can never get the chocolate to melt the way it is supposed to and that things get unpleasantly messy. I will say that S’mores PopTarts are surprisingly good, though. They really are like a s’more.
