As promised, I have a few more swatch spam posts for you all. My nail mail rolled in with surprising efficiency over Christmas – I received 5 parcels within 3 days between 24th-28th (not including 25/26th) and I’m now sitting on a small mountain of polish to work my way through!
Apologies for the short absence, I became an aunt on Friday night when my brother and sister-in-law had a baby boy a month early! None of us were expecting that, including them, so it was a busy 24 hours getting all the bits and pieces they still needed (as the ultimate practical shopper and not much of a baby person, I volunteered for that duty!) and visiting the hospital. Appropriately today I have some more blue polishes to show you all, starting with Different Dimension Emily:
Two coats layered over China Glaze Sea Spray – this polish is a milky pale blue base with periwinkle, pale green and white small matte glitters. The finished effect is a gorgeous mottled effect that I loved – I wore this one for about 3 days and found it to be quite a nice palette cleanser while still wearing glitter! The most surprising thing about this polish was that even though matte glitters are notoriously gritty and thirsty, this polish was satiated with just one coat of top coat! This polish is available directly through the Different Dimension store on Etsy.
Next is the somewhat infamous Hare Polish Bisbee* – this polish is notoriously hard to get hold of and still in high demand – it took me four months, a lot of early mornings and refreshing to finally buy my bottle of this polish. A gorgeous bright turquoise jelly base with three sizes of gold hexes suspended in it. This was three coats and patience is a must for this polish, apply too quickly and the glitter will get caught up and clump together. There is still a little VNL here, so if VNL is not your thing or you want to conserve your bottle, this could easily be layered over a turquoise polish instead. Bisbee is available via Llarowe and the Hare Polish etsy store – I recommend signing up for Facebook updates for both sites to get advance notice of restocks if you want to try and purchase this polish.
Finally another Smitten Polish that is sadly not available at this time. Aquarius is a crelly turquoise base with small periwinkle hexes and fine green and purple glitter. I layered two coats of this over A England Galahad which complemented this polish perfectly. I’ve also worn a coat over China Glaze Recycle which I failed to take a photo of but it looked amazing, giving the grey a slight green/teal tint and bringing out the glitter.
*The swatch of Bisbee in this post used a bottle provided to me for consideration which arrived prior to a bottle that I purchased myself but this in no way influenced my review. For my full disclosure policy, please click here.

These are all beautiful!!!!!
Ahh, Bisbee my love ♥. So gorgeous on you!
