How time flies – it’s been over six months already since I made the move to a self hosted blog and it’s coming up on a year of blogging (yes I know, if you look in my archives it doesn’t go back to last April. Mainly I was just too lazy to resize all the photos from my oldest posts when I went self hosted, so they never came back.) So I feel like holding a giveaway to say thank you to all my readers that have stuck with me and welcome to all my newer readers.
So what have I got for you? Well I’ve been at it again, my nail polish passion has crossed over with my DIY passion and I’ve got some nail polish earrings to give away. All of these have been handmade by me especially for this giveaway. If you follow me on Instagram you probably will have spied these in a photo I posted over Easter.
There are three prizes to be won based on different polish finishes to suit everyone’s tastes (picture heavy):
Prize Pack 1 – The Glass Fleck Collection
I love these so much that I’ve made my own set now too! These were inspired by hot summer colours and these were the earrings I always had in mind to make for the giveaway.
China Glaze Orange Marmalade and 108 Degrees (they look slightly more coral in real life)
China Glaze Strawberry Fields
China Glaze Senorita Bonita
Prize Pack 2 – The Glitter Collection
I wanted to share my bottle of Connect The Dots in some way which inspired this set of earrings – this time round, I made myself some earrings using it first and thought they were so awesome I made another set for the giveaway!
Lynnderella Connect The Dots, China Glaze Passion in the Pacific and Essence Lets Get Lots
Essence Blue Addicted
Lynnderella Connect The Dots and OPI La Paz-itively Hot
Prize Pack 3 – The Multichrome Collection
Ah, thought it was difficult to take photos of multichrome polishes on your nails? Try earrings where there is no curvature :( I love these earrings, the colour changes as you move your head (or flick your hair to flash your earrings!). So despite the earrings here in the middle and right looking the same, they are indeed two different polishes with two different shifts. These are some of my most prized polishes that I dug out for these.
Ozotic Pro 504 and Ulta3 Black Satin (stronger red-orange shift, warmer shade of purple)
Ozotic Pro 505 with Ulta3 Black Satin (stronger blue/green shift, cooler shade of purple)
OPI Glacier Bay Blues (Green-blue-purple shift, dominant blue colour)
Now the fun bit…how to run a giveaway now there is no GFC :( I’ve put together a rafflecopter widget for you to all use to enter the giveaway. You can enter by following me on Twitter, Facebook or HelloCotton and you can also tweet about the giveaway. Don’t forget to nominate which prize pack you want to win when you enter!
